tested on the road
Before creating the professional mobile summer house, we first built and tested a prototype ourselves. This gave us the opportunity to live with the design, refine the details, and prove its durability step by step.
The prototype accompanied us on several holidays, from the Netherlands to Spain, Italy, southern Germany, and France. Each trip provided new insights: long drives on the highway, hot Mediterranean summers, cooler mountain climates, and the everyday routines of family life on the road.
These repeated experiences confirmed both the strength of the structure and the practicality of the layout. They also highlighted small but important improvements, which were later integrated into the professional version now being built by skilled makers.
The result: a tiny house caravan shaped not just by design, but by real journeys and lived experience.
Spain’s Costa Brava
Long drives, Mediterranean heat, and coastal scenery tested both comfort and practicality.
Bavaria in Germany
Cooler mountain climates and winding roads offered new challenges for the prototype.
South Tyrol in northern Italy
Living at altitude revealed opportunities to optimize space and usability.
Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes in southeastern France
Charming towns, peaceful waterside moments, and the local culture gave us a deeper sense of how the tiny house could fit into relaxed, scenic lifestyles.
